I’m a platinum perk member at Ulta, which means I spend way too much money there! I’ve been saving my points for a looong time, and I finally cashed them in. I got everything in the above photo for free! I was super excited to try some new products, so I figured it’d be nice to share them with all of you in a bonus post this week. That’s how much I love you. (:
I got backups of some items that I’ve been using for a while now.
L’Oreal True Match Concealer and Concealer Crayon– I’ve been using both of these products for a while. I suffer from acne, and the concealer crayon really helps cover up any blemishes. I love the liquid concealer for everyday use. I have both of these in two colors for when I’m tan and not tan. I have N1-2-3 and N4-5.
Garnier BB Cream– I’m not a fan of foundation, so I use BB cream instead. I like that it has SPF in it, is light on the skin, and is super blendable. I also have this product in Light/Medium and Medium/Deep.
Then, I tried some new products!
Tartelette Amazonian Clay Matte Palette– I’d been eyeing this palette for a while, so I decided I’d splurge and pick this up since I had points. So far, I really like it. I don’t wear eye shadow every day, but it’s great for those days I want to be a bit more glam. The shadows are extremely pigmented and finely milled. The quality is great!
Erase Paste Brightening Concealer in Fair– I’ve heard so much about this concealer and how it covers literally anything you could ever want it to cover. I don’t know if I’m missing something or if I’m just not applying it correctly, but I’m not sold yet. I’ll keep you updated if I figure out what I’m doing wrong.
Real Techniques Setting Brush– This is the perfect brush to apply highlights. I was using a fan brush, but this one makes it easier to apply the product exactly where you want it.
NYX Matte Bronzer in Light– This is my first go at a drugstore bronzer, and so far I really like it! It’s pigmented and a great color match for me.
Smashbox Bronze Lights in Warm Matte– I’ve been using the old Smashbox bronzer for a few years, but they discontinued it, so I picked up this one. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks gorgeous in the packaging.
I also received a 7-piece lip sampler set. It included the following.
Deluxe sample Benetint– This is the first tint I’ve ever used. I like it, but I don’t think it’ll be a product that I reach for.
Deluxe sample Too Faced Melted Lipstick Melted Peony– This is GORGEOUS! I already had this in another color so I already knew I liked the formulation, but this color is spot on!
Full size L’Oréal LeMatte in She’s so Matte– This is my first fully matte color. It’s the perfect shade to transition into fall. This is what I’m wearing today.
Full size Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Picadilly Pink– I think this color is great for the spring/summer.
Full size Essence XXXL Shine Lip Gloss in Metal Shine– I’m not a fan of this. The formula is a little sticky for my liking.
Full size Neutrogena Moisture Smooth Color Stick in Rum Raisin– I have a few of these in other colors, but this color is really pretty for the upcoming fall and winter months.
Full size NYX Butter Gloss in Eclair– Love love love this product!
I hope this post helps you out! What’s your favorite beauty product? Let me know in the comments!
