If you saw my Mother’s Day post, you’d know that my mom and I love to bake cookies together. We tackled some new ones, and I’m so happy with how these little peanut butter & jelly sugar cookies turned out! I just think they’re so dang cute, I can’t get enough. My pb&j obsesh all started when the Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly Palette launched. I love this eye-shadow palette and thought the packaging was just the cutest thing in life. I talked about it in my March Favorites video too.
I wanted to share the recipe with you today because these are adorable, but they’re also absolutely delicious!
Combine all ingredients using your hands until they are blended to a soft pliable dough. Roll out to 3/8″ to 1/2″ and cut out with your favorite cookie cutters.
